Tug went to stand on the snow drift on Mr. Jeff and Miss Amanda's deck. It was 22 inches deep. Most other places in the yard measured between 7 and 10 inches. This is the worst snow storm we have had sincing living in NC. And I am pretty sure this means no school at least through the first part of the week which absolutely stinks!!!! Maybe we can get the governor to pardon these days. (I can hope can't I??)

We'll have to thank Miss Becky for the slide!!! Nor-Nor didn't really like being pulled in it. Not sure why. And yes, you may think this is ghetto but we all put bags around our feet. I am not going out to buy snow boots every year for the one or two snow events we get here. So I tied bags around all of our shoes to keep our feet dry. It works. I didn't grow up in the mud-pit of Wedgefield for nothing.

if you think wedgefield is getto what is troutman and statesville where they don't plow secondary streets like we don't exist back here
Okay, I never actually look at the blog, only the e-mails that I am sent with the link. Your blog looks so great! I went to it to see the pictures better this morning! Hope you all are having fun today being at home! The cake is AWESOME! However, I will say.... you could have done that!
I think the fact that we passed 5 plows on the interstate and didn't see a single plowing on secondary roads is absolutely ridiculous. It's because of that we will probably be out of school tomorrow.
