Two posts in one weekend. I am on a roll.......After church this morning we decided that we didn't want to be stuck inside all day. It was much nicer weather today, but a tad bit windy. We decided to head to the train museum. We got to ride the train and check out all the cool trains in the round house. I have always been fascinated by the past. In fact, if I were not an English teacher I would probably teach history. (Coming soon will be this cool picture I am completely fascinated by that I found in my great grandmother's scrapbook). That has certainly been a project in and of itself. There are so many lessons there. T and I had been to see the trains several years ago before we ever had children. It was neat to take the kids there and see how much fun they were having. Nana joined us for the day. We all had a great time and of course ended our day with a visit to a great Mexican restaurant we all miss since we have moved from Sals. to Troutman. Now I'll have to sign off and enter my grades.... A much needed teacher workday tomorrow and I'd like to be ahead of the game.Sidenote: Just a little advise, do not ever go to the movies on a Saturday night to see what is supposed to be a semi-scary movie. We got way more than we bargained for. Suffice it to say, that when we go out on a date, we want to get away from what we deal with everyday.
