*Lifetouch* has not been my favorite company this year. I have had to deal with over MANY issues with yearbook this year. And getting Tug's school pictures were no exception. What has happened to customer service? Tug took school pictures on Sept. 1st and here we are Nov. 3oth and finally have his pictures. I kind of feel like I don't have to right to complain, because I did get this for free. I guess there is one perk to being a yearbook adviser. I don't recall asking for a picture cd, but I got one. So.......here I have downloaded the b&w version. Glad he took a good first year school picture.Monday, November 30, 2009
