1. The kids are currently 'washing' the backdoor window with baby wipes.
2. We have a 'snow' day today. The county hubs and I work in is a very long county. So apparently even though we didn't get much of anything the southern end of the county did. No buses can run if there is more than an inch of snow on the ground. This is hilarious to me because I can remember walking to school in snow up to my knees. (I wasn't barefoot though.)
3. I just sent off my taxes in the mail. We are early birds. I don't like waiting until the last minute to do stuff like that. Let's hope and pray it's good news. I lwould ike to put hardwood floors in our living room. Hey, everyone has to have a dream, and that's one of mine.
4. I just looked on yearbook avenue, and we have 66 pages of our book left to turn in!!!! 10 of those pages will be the index which shouldn't be that difficult to put together. If spring sports would just go ahead and get started that would make my life so much easier.
5. I painted the master bathroom this past weekend. I know, what was I thinking? I should have been resting after the week we just had and then having Nor's birthday party. The original plan was that I just wanted to paint the part where the toilet is since it's separate from the rest of the bathroom. That wouldn't have taken very long. But you know me, once I got started I wanted to see the finished product. I thought the color was called Galaxy, but it's called Gravity. It's gray with a hint of blue. I love it. We will be painting the bedroom that color too!!! Maybe that will wait for spring break.
6. I just sent off 6 or so emails to find out information about local craft shows. It's time to get these hairbows and hairbow boards on the road. I think that will make a nice little side job.
7. I think T is going to take 2 Ph.D classes this summer. What I am excited about is the fact that they will work 4, 10 hour days and he'll have every Friday off. I think we'll get season passes to Wet n' Wild and that will be our summer fun.
8. T and I are going to try a new place for Valentine's Dinner. I am a little afraid.......we never have good luck when we try out new places for some reason. We tried some fabulous restaurants in downtown Charleston (Slightly North of Broad, Magnolias...) and had horrible experiences. This place is called Mikey and Mooches and we have heard great things from alot of people so I am keeping my fingers crossed.
That's it for now........
